The absolute BEST, sugar free (almost) peanut butter balls, EVER!!

The holidays are coming quick! I threw this together on a whim and they turned out 🔥🔥🔥 SO GOOD!!

The texture, the flavor, the chew!! Omg 10 outta 10 for sure. I’ve only made it once and of course, I don’t measure anything really and now it’s the morning after. Definitely recreating tonight tho coz this test run had ZERO leftovers! We gobbled em up quick!

Here’s what I’ve got for ingredients…

1 cup peanut butter (I used jiff natural)

4oz cream cheese

1/2 to 1 cup (adjust to taste) truvia brown sugar

Dash of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 egg

1 package great value sugar free vanilla pudding mix

1/2 to 1 cup almond flour

I mixed all of these items, in this order actually and at the end had a mixture that tasted PHENOMENAL!! (of course I eat raw cookie dough!)

It was perfect for rolling into balls. Baked at 350 for 9-10 minutes. Fantastic!!

The thing that makes these “almost” sugar free is the peanut butter you choose. Some have more sugar than others.
