Lazy Pierogi FTW!

Talk about comfort food! Holy crap is this some good-ass stick to your ribs, fill your belly kinda eatin!

it definitely *could* be slightly more bodily friendly, but because I used regular ol’ rotini pasta, you definitely want to stay away. You could substitute with a lower carb/higher protein pasta, or omit it all together (if you do this we can’t be friends…jk! i really don’t recommend this though just because, carbs! YUM!)

Ingredients are simple, of course. This meal is as lazy as I am! Great Value strikes again!

16 ounces of pasta of your choice
One family size can of cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces of bacon
1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
16 ounces sauerkraut
Pepper

Dice up your bacon, fry it up and drain out your grease (my dogs love getting num-nums on their food!)
Add your onions and cook them up a bit until soften
Throw your bacon back in, drain your kraut and add that too
Dump in your condensed soup – You can also add some milk here if you like, I did about a half of a can
Throw in your cooked pasta, mix it all up into a pile of slop and enjoy!
