Stickin’ wit chicken!
So I’ve got these chicken thighs staring at me from the fridge just BEGGING ME to really, you know….”come cook the fuck out of ‘em” – if you know what I mean! 😉
I made this salsa earlier that came out 🔥🔥🔥 lit! n so I thought I’d make a day out of my take on some Hispanic flavors (as best as an untrained, non-Hispanic can do).

If you’re like me, I learn best from the visual aids. For you normies though, here are some words.
I seasoned the you know what out of these thicc thicc thighs with this Spanglish Asadero all purpose seasoning. It’s good af!
325 for 45 minutes in the oven (low n slow!) I even went as far as to turn the oven off n leave em in there until I was ready to get to dealing with em. The dark meat is so juicy, you really gotta cook tf out of em to ruin them.
After they were cooked I sliced em n diced em along with a tomato, put it all into a low carb wrap with a hit of ranch dressing n GOTDANG! That was goooood affffff!
