Fuckin’ fancy

Actually put some effort into tonight’s dinner. Cute right??

2-something pound pork loin. Patted it down dry, hit it with some all purpose adobo seasoning all over and wrapped the top with bacon, easy peasy!

I definitely overcooked it, not intentional but whatever. No thermometer 🙁

325 for an hour and that bacon still looked wobbly as fuuuuck so I kicked it up to 350 for another 30. After about 15 minutes tho I got the bright idea to crank up the broiler.

Anyways, for future reference, 325 for an hour would’ve been good and then top it off with the broiler!
