Sugar free granola

This mix has been satisfying my crunch cravings as of late and it’s really easy to make!

2 cups rolled oats

Pinch of salt

Large dash of cinnamon

The Great Value Trifecta of unsweetened shredded coconut, sliced almonds and pecans.

Large blast of coconut oil, about an 8th to quarter of a cup (1 to 2 ounces)

Larger blast of sugar free maple syrup

Splash of vanilla extract

Stir that shit up and spread it evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Be sure to mix it up a bit after the first 15 minutes!

If you like it a little crunchier let it go a little longer. 40 minutes for me was just a tad too long, my nuts got a little burnt 🙁
